Concordia Career:
2020: Started in all seven games for the Golden Bears in her senior season ... Scored one goal for one points, put up one shot with one shot on goal for a 1.000 shots on goal percentage ... Had six ground balls and two caused turnovers ... Collected three ground balls and had one caused turnover against Colorado Mesa (2/21) ... Scored a goal and had one ground ball at Tampa (3/03) ... Ranks first all time in program history in games started (55), is tied for first all time in program history in games played (57), ranks fifth all time in program history in ground balls (62) and in caused turnovers (40).

2019: Named All-GLIAC Second Team … GLIAC All-Academic Team … appeared in all 18 games and started in 17 for the Golden Bears in her junior season … picked up 20 ground balls on the year, fifth on the team, and recorded one draw control … caused eight turnovers on the year … caused a turnover in eight different contests … tallied at least one ground ball in 14 different contests … scored one goal against Adams State (3/5) … helped the defense hold Adams State to only one goal in an 25-1 win (3/5) … collected three ground balls, two caused turnovers and one draw control against Davenport (4/30).

2018: Named to the All-GLIAC Second Team … earned GLIAC All-Academic Team honors … started in all 16 games on defense for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season … caused 21 turnovers on the year, which was tied for the highest of any CSP player and ranked eighth in the conference … picked up 23 ground balls on the year and recorded one draw control … helped the defense hold Mars Hill to only three goals in an 18-3 win (2/28) … caused multiple turnovers in six different games … tallied three or more ground balls in four contests … collected four ground balls and caused three turnovers in a 21-16 win over Davenport (4/16).

2017: Appeared in 16 games while making 15 starts as a freshman for the Golden Bears … scored two goals on the year … picked up 13 ground balls and caused nine turnovers … scored her only two goals of the season in the season opener against Northland (2/10) … picked up three ground balls and caused five turnovers at Northern Michigan (3/7) … helped Concordia defense force 12.56 turnovers per game which ranked fifth in Division II.

Stillwater Area High School:
A two-sport athlete for the Ponies, earning two letters in hockey and four in lacrosse … also earned academics letter and Quill & Scroll letter … earned All-Suburban East Conference honors twice along with Honorable Mention honors once ... a senior team captain for the Ponies in 2016 … earned the Iron Pony Weightlifting Award in 2015 … had 45 career ground balls, 14 caused turnovers and 18 draw controls ... helped lead the Ponies to Suburban East Conference and section championships all four varsity lacrosse seasons … Ponies registered a pair of third place and pair of fourth place MSHSL finishes including back-to-back 15-4 seasons in 2014 and 2015 … also member of National Honor Society and senior council as a senior … the online editor of the Pony Express newspaper as a junior.
