2022: CoSIDA Academic All-District … GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team … Week Two GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week … started in all 18 games … led the NSIC in assists with 37 … ranked 19th nationally in assists … added 28 goals, which helped her lead the team in points with 65 … finished seventh in the league in points … totaled a team-leading 32 ground balls, which ranked seventh in the conference … tallied a 41 draw controls which was second on the team … scored a career-high five goals against UC-Colorado Springs (2/6) … had a career-high nine points against Upper Iowa (4/2) … tallied a career-high six ground balls against Davenport (4/29).

2021: Named to IWLCA D-II Academic Honor Roll ... named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team ... started in nine games, played in 10 in 2021 ... led her team in goals with 15 ... single-game high in scoring against Ashland (3/21) with three goals ... had three assists against Davenport (4/16) ... single-game high of five draw controls against Regis (3/1) ... career ranked tied third all-time man-up goals (3) ... career ranked fifth all-time in points per game (2.19) and assists per game (0.81). 

2020: Started in six games for the Golden Bears ... Scored seven goals which was sixth on the team, she recorded two assists which was tied for fifth on the team and she compiled nine points which was sixth on the team ... Put up 17 shots with 12 on goal for a .706 shots on goal percentage ... Scored one free position goal in three attempts, collected seven ground balls recorded 11 draw controls which was third best on the team and had four caused turnovers ... Had two multi goal games including at scoring at least one goal in five of the six games she played in ... Scored six goals in the final four games ... Scored a goal in her first ever collegiate start while also collecting two ground balls and two caused turnovers versus UC-Colorado Springs (2/13) ... Scored two goals and recorded her first ever collegiate assist while scoring one free position goal, had one draw control, one ground balls and had two caused turnovers against Lewis (2/23) ... Scored two goals and collected an assist with five draw controls vs Regis (CO.) (3/01). 

2019: Redshirted, did not play.

A Ms. Lacrosse finalist, three-time All-American and two-time Academic All-American for the Eagles ... earned four All-State First Team honors and three Academic All-State honors … a two-time captain and three-time All-South Suburban Conference, also earning Honorable Mention nods twice as a five year varsity starter ... earned All-Tournament Team honors as a senior, helping the Eagles to an MSHSL Championship with an 18-1 record … as a senior, netted 60 goals and 48 assists with 46 ground balls and 67 draw controls ... racked up 60 goals and 32 assists offensively along with 54 ground balls and 62 draw controls in 16 games in helping the Eagles to a 14-2 record while securing team MVP honors as a junior… a starter for the Eagles' 2014 MSHSL 4th place finish at the state tournament, securing a South Suburban Conference championship and section title along the way ... earned Field Fox Award as an eighth grader and freshman … also competed in cross country and basketball as a three-sport prep athlete … a four-time MSHSL cross country state competitor, two-time Academic All-State student-athlete and five-time All-South Suburban Conference runner ... a 2016 section champion and two-time Eagle Invitational champion … a five year varsity starter, earned four team MVP honors for cross country and was a 2017 team captain … on the hardwood, was team captain for the Eagles in 2017-18 and earned four basketball letters … a two-time team Defensive Player of the Year (2015-16 & 2016-17) and two-time All-South Suburban Conference honorable mention selection ... earned Interscholastic Award three times for basketball ... the 2018 Triple A Region winner ... a 2017 Wendy's Heisman Award winner in Minnesota ... a two-time AP Scholar with Distinction honoree ... earned 2017 ExCEL Award ... secured four letters each in band and student council and two more for National Honor Society.

Personal:
A psychology major with a business management minor ... has a younger brother, as well as an older sister (Katie) on the CSP lacrosse team … her father was an All-American swimmer at St. Olaf College and her grandfather was an athlete on the St. Olaf track & field team.
