Concordia Career: 
2020: Started in all seven games for the Golden Bears in her junior season ... Had 17 ground balls which ranked second on the team and second in the GLIAC ... Had 32 draw controls which was second on the team and ranked fourth in the GLIAC ... Led the team with 13 caused turnovers which was also tied for ninth in the nation and led the GLIAC ... Collected three ground balls, nine draw controls and had two caused turnovers against Lewis (2/23) ... Had three ground balls, five draw controls and had one caused turnovers vs Regis (CO.) (3/01) ... Had four caused turnovers at Tamps (3/03) ... Collected two ground balls, six draw controls and had one caused turnover at Florida Tech (3/05). 

2019: All-GLIAC First Team Defender … All-GLIAC Tournament Team ...  named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team  … three-time Honorable Mention GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week (Weeks 4,5,7) … started in all 18 games for the Golden Bears this season …  In GLIAC play, ranked third in caused turnovers (31), fourth in ground balls (51) and eighth in draw controls (57) … ranked second on the team in caused turnovers, second in ground balls and first in draw controls …  was a force in the midfield, leading the team in draw controls with 75, setting the single-season program record while ranking third caused turnovers (31) and fourth in ground balls (51) in team history … Ranks second in career draw controls (76), third in career ground balls (74) and fourth in career caused turnovers (42) … Set single game record with 10 draw controls at Northern Michigan (4/10) and had most ground balls by a non-goalie in program history with nine at Maryville (3/22) …  in the win over Davenport (4/30), she had four ground balls, three caused turnovers, a draw control and scored a goal ... held the single-game record with 10 draw controls, set at Northern Michigan (4/10) and had the second-most ground balls with nine at Maryville (3/22) which is the highest total in the program by a non-goalie. 

2018: Played in 10 games while making eight starts for the Golden Bears during her freshman campaign … secured 23 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers on the year … helped the defense hold Mars Hill to only three goals in an 18-3 win (2/28) … recorded a season-high five ground balls and three caused turnovers at Tusculum (2/26).

Farmington High School: 
Earned seven combined letters in lacrosse (4) and soccer (3) … a lacrosse and soccer team captain … an All-State and All-Missota Conference performer ... scored 10 goals with three assists for the Tigers, adding 93 career ground balls, nine draw controls and 10 takeaways … led the Tigers to an MSHSL State Tournament appearance as a senior with a fourth place finish ... helped the Tigers to a 2014 Missota Conference championship with a 12-1 record … helped the Tigers to a 30-10 record in three seasons with a Section 1 runner-up finish each season … also involved in National Honor Society, Youth Teaching Youth, Youth Development, Diversity Club and is an FCA leader.
 
Personal:
A public relations major with minors in political science and psychology ... recipient of the President's scholarship and GLIAC All-Academic honors …aspires to be a teacher ... has five siblings: an older brother and two younger brothers, an older sister and a younger sister.
