Concordia University St. Paul Athletics

Yasmin Nachmias enters her first season on the pool deck for the Golden Bears in 2026-27 as the program’s diving coach. 

Nachmias comes to Concordia after spending the past two seasons as the head diving coach at Mankato East/West High School and assistant dive coach for the North Star Diving Club in St. Paul, Minn. 

Prior to entering the coaching ranks, Nachmias spent three years as a member of the Minnesota State swimming and diving team where she notched six top-10 finishes at the NSIC Championships. As a junior she participated in the 2023-24 NCAA Diving Qualification Meet, finishing 21st in the 1-Meter dive. 

Nachmias graduated from Minnesota State in December of 2025 with a degree in Exercise Science and an undergraduate certificate in American Sign Language. 

A native of Plymouth, Minn., Nachmias went to Hopkins High School where she was a four-year contributor on the swimming and diving team. As a senior, she placed 3rd in the 1-Meter diving finals at the MSHSL Girls AA Sectional Championship.
