Cross Country:
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Competed in three races for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign ... finished 288th with an 8k time of 33:47.7 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new personal best 8k time of 31:25.5 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 102nd with an 8k time of 32:23.0 at the NSIC Championships (10/26).

Track and Field:
2021: Named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team ... Did not compete. 

2020: Competed in the one mile during his freshman campaign ... broke his personal record at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19) with a time of 5:10.28 and placed 15th.
 
Centennial High School: 
A participant in cross country and track for the Cougars … a captain of both the cross country and track and field teams … had PR’s of 17:57 in the 5K, 11.26 in the 3200m, 15:40 in the 4000m, and 5:03 in the 1600m.
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in criminal justice at Concordia with goals to work as a police officer and eventually a federal agent.
