Sam Nicholson joined the Concordia-St. Paul men's basketball coaching staff as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2020 and was promoted to assistant coach prior to the 2021-22 season.
A 2020 graduate of South Dakota, Nicholson worked as a student assistant with the Coyotes men's basketball program for four years, including during the team's conference championship season in 2016-17. His duties included helping set up meals, travel and film.
Nicholson, a Blair, Nebraska native, also worked as a varsity assistant coach at Alcester-Hudson High School during the 2019-20 school year.
