Nick Perrin 2024-25 Headshot

Nick Perrin

Nick Perrin is entering his fifth season as an assistant coach with the Concordia-St. Paul men's basketball program in 2024-25.

Perrin joined CSP after spending the previous four seasons as an assistant under Fletcher at Bethany Lutheran. As Coach Fletcher's right-hand man, Coach Perrin was key in the resurgence of men’s basketball at Bethany Lutheran. He also worked as the head tennis coach and assistant women’s golf coach for the Vikings.

In four seasons on the hardwood, Perrin helped coach the Vikings to an overall record of 76-33, including a 52-12 mark in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) play, while claiming the UMAC regular season and tournament crowns in 2017-18 to earn their first ever trip to the NCAA Tournament. Perrin helped the Vikings to back-to-back record-setting seasons as they won a program-best 20 games in 208-19 before surpassing that total with 21 wins in 2019-20, reaching the NCAA Tournament for a second time in the 2019-20 season.

Perrin came to BLC after spending one season in the UMAC at Minnesota-Morris. Perrin helped Minnesota-Morris to a 13-14 overall record, including a 9-7 in conference play, winning the conference tournament play-in game as the fourth seed. Prior to his time in Morris, he spent two seasons at Upper Iowa University as an assistant. In those two seasons, the Peacocks had a combined record of 32-28 advancing to the second round of the conference tournament each season.

Perrin has also been at the high school level as an assistant to Coach Fletcher at Anoka High School and South St. Paul High School.

Perrin is also active in running basketball camps acting as a camp director for Midwest Elite Basketball for the last three years.  He helped run and instruct Upper Iowa's youth and high school camps during his time there.  He has also been an instructor at multiple other college and high school camps across the state of Minnesota.
