1. Why should I join the Bear Brigade Student Rewards Program?
The program is a great way to spread school spirit and meet new people while cheering the Golden Bears athletic teams to victory. IT'S PART OF YOUR COLLEGE EXPERIENCE! We're all proud of our school and excited to help our teams win by supporting their achievements and creating a home site advantage that is unique to CSP. Additionally, you receive terrific benefits just for attending games.
2. How does the Rewards Program work?
Students use their ID card to attend the games, once you have entered the venue locate the Student Rewards Kiosk near the student entrance. A staff member will scan your ID card and distribute rewards accordingly.
3. I forgot my ID card, can I still receive my loyalty points?
Your CSP ID card is necessary to receive loyalty points at athletic events and student entrance to home athletic events.
4. I was at the game last week but didn't get my ID card scanned, can I receive my points today?
You must get your ID card scanned at the event to receive points.
5. What events are eligible to receive Rewards Points?
As a team member you can score loyalty points by getting your ID card scanned at the Student Rewards Kiosk at all home CSP volleyball, football, soccer, men's and women's basketball, and lacrosse events. Watch for select events which may be worth additional points. Not all athletic events are offered due to the number of athletic events that do occur simultaneously.
6. Do my points roll over from year to year?
All scoring is based on one school year and everyone returns to zero at the start of a new year. Each member is then able to earn more prizes as they rebuild their loyalty levels the following year. Each year members also receive new t-shirts and member items.
7. What if I go to two events in one day? Will I get points for two events? And what about doubleheaders?
Each game is a separate event, regardless of the date. If you go to a women's basketball game in the afternoon and stick around for the men's game at night, you can get two separate scans.
8. How do I know how many points I have?
You can check the
scoreboard on the website.
