Volleyball:
2024: Started all 31 matches for the Golden Bears ... had 308 kills (2.59 per set), third most on the team ... hit .273 on 689 total attacks ... had 74 total blocks (13 solo blocks and 61 block assists, 0.62 per set), third most on the team ... served 16 aces (0.13 per set) ... added 37 digs ... logged a career-hihg 24 kills on .370 hitting in a NSIC Tournament win over Wayne State (11/23) ... tallied a career-high eight block assists against St. Cloud State (11/9). 

2023: Appeared in six matches for the Golden Bears … hit .200 on 25 attempts … tallied four digs (0.67 per set) … registered at least two kills in four separate matches … tallied three kills against both UMary (10/6) and Minot State (10/7).

Track and Field:
2025: All-NSIC in the Outdoor Heptathlon ... NSIC All-Academic .... competed in the pentathlon, heptathlon and various individual events for the Golden Bears ... placed second in the hpetathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with 4880 points, setting personal records in the 100m hurdles, 200m, 800m, and high jump ... placed seventh in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... won the heptathlon at the Meet of Champions with 4714 points, also setting a personal record in the long jump with a mark of 5.52m (4/17-18).

2024: Competed in the 60m, 200m, 800m, 60m hurdles, 100m hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin throw, pentathlon and heptathlon … placed fifth with a career-best 200m time of 27.47 seconds at the St. Thomas Opener (1/12) … added a personal best heptathlon score of 4213 with PR’s in the 100m hurdles, shot put, long jump and javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … placed seventh in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/23-24) … was a part of a second-place 4x200m team at the Emporia State Relays (3/28) and a fourth place 4x400m team at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … tallied 15 top-10 finishes on the season. 

Southwest Christian High School: Earned nine letters between volleyball, basketball and track & field for the Stars ... two-time All-State in volleyball and All-State in track & field ... two-time All-Wright County Conference honorable mention in basketball ... captained the volleyball, basketball and track & field teams ... helped the volleyball program to the MSHSL State Tournament as a junior ... reached the MSHSL State Championships three years in a row in track & field.

Personal: Has an older brother and an older sister ... plans to major in business management with a minor in sports management at Concordia ... her sister played volleyball at UNWSP and her mother ran track at Minnesota State.
