2025: All-GLAIC Second Team … GLIAC All-Academic Team … appeared in 15 games with 11 starts … collected 21 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers … won 12 draw controls … scored three goals and one assist on the season … tallied a season-high four ground balls against Davenport (4/11) … scored her first goal of the year at Missouri Western (3/14). 

2024: Academic All-GLIAC … appeared in six games with two starts … collected five ground balls and caused 10 turnovers … scored a goal against Missouri Western State (2/11) … tallied two draw controls twice against Lewis (2/18) and McKendree (2/23).

2023: GLIAC All-Academic Team … started in all 16 games for Concordia … tallied 16 ground balls and forced 11 caused turnovers … won 24 draw controls … scored five goals with two assists … had a career-high four caused turnovers against Davenport (3/26) … tallied four draw controls against Northern Michigan (3/17).

2022: Started in all 18 games for the Golden Bears … recorded 16 caused turnovers and 22 ground balls … won 10 draw controls … scored a goal against Missouri Western (2/25) … tallied six ground balls against Upper Iowa (4/2).

Wayzata High School:
A two-sport athlete for the Trojans, earning four lacrosse letters and one as a varsity hockey player ... an All-Lake Conference selection as a sophomore and senior, with junior year canceled ... named Most Valuable Defensive Player in 2019 and Defensive Player of the Year in 2021 ... as a senior, had 39 caused turnovers, 23 ground balls, 14 draw controls while adding nine goals and an assist ... as a senior second year captain, helped the Trojans to the program's best record (11-5), finishing ranked ninth in the state.

Personal:
A pre-nursing major and biology minor at Concordia ... recipient of President's Scholarship ... has a coaching background at U14 level ... has an older brother and an older sister ... her father was a football and baseball player at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he played defensive back and wide receiver for four years for the Bulldogs as a two-time All-American.
