What made you want to join the Golden Bears?
"My journey started with coach Mark “Lunch” Mackenzie and head coach Neil Lerner both reaching out to me after seeing me at a showcase and taking a visit and really loving the atmosphere and coaching staff. I knew Louie Varland and Gus Varland were both previously on the team and I knew the team had a ton of success and I wanted to keep that success going in the program while excelling in school."
What a memorable experience you've had at CSP?
"Getting my first career conference win at the University of Mary while it was snowing and raining and 35 degrees outside."
How is CSP helping you reach your goals?
"CSP has given me many new relationships and connections and I have grown as a man and in my faith throughout my time here. Going into my last year now, I reminisce on everything I have achieved and what goals I have for this coming year."
Is there a faculty or staff member who has stood out to you, and why?
"For me, I think of George Diaz. He took a great approach towards his global management class and made sure to hear all opinions and make class an open discussion. The class was not easy, but the way he laid it all out allowed me and many others to have great success, so thank you George!"
