Concordia Career
2013: NSIC All-Academic ... injured her knee in the season opener against UC-Colorado Springs on September 6th and missed the rest of the season ... registered three shots in that game.
2012: NSIC All-Academic ... appeared in all 18 matches starting 16 on the season ... finished the season with 11 points on four goals and three assists ... fired 23 shots, 14 on goal for the season ... had a goal and an assist agaisnt MSU Moorhead on September 22 ... had points in five consecutive games (three goals and three assists) from September 12 to September 23.
2011: NSIC All-Academic ... appeared in 16 matches starting 15 for the Golden Bears ... was second on the team with 15 points on the season ... had five goals on the year, second most on the team .. had a five assists as well which was also second best on the team .. averaged just under a point per match on the year ... had two goal in the season opener against St. Francis ... had an assist in four straight matches in the fourth-eighth matches of the year ... had a goal in back to back matches and then an assist in the final match of the year to end the season. 
2010: Appeared in 16 games starting 13 as a freshman... third on the team in goals and first on the team in shots... scored four goals in her first year in a Concordia uniform... her first goal came against Northwestern (MN) in a 3-1 win for the Golden Bears... she scored her second goal of her career the next game as CU beat SMSU 4-1... her third goal of the season came against MSUM on four shots... had a season high eight shots against Upper Iowa scoring once in the 2-1 victory. 

Fridley High School - Earned four letters in soccer, three in track, three in academics, two as a member of the National Honor Society and two as a wrestling manager… named All-Conference for her soccer achievements her junior and senior seasons and was an honorable mention honoree as a freshman and sophomore… named All-State, All-Metro and Academic All-Conference as a senior… two-time All-Conference athlete in track, becoming her conference's high jump champion and member of the championship 4x100 relay team...  member of the Key Club.

Personal: Born June 3, 1992 to parents Mark and Susan Kapala... has a brother, Michael (14)... loves pizza and Jersey Shore... would like to earn a master's degree... also enjoys basketball... relative on John Maciej former CU baseball player... will major in Biology at Concordia and minor in Chemistry.
