Concordia Career:
2017: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team ... was a team captain in her senior season … started in all 19 games for the Golden Bears … played all but 11 minutes the whole season, registering a total of 1743 minutes played which ranks second in single-season history … fired 11 shots on the year … played 90+ minutes in 18 out of the 19 games this season … attempted a season-high three shots in the 1-0 win over MSU Moorhead on October 14^th … was a key part of the defensive back line that produced seven shutouts, which is tied for the most in a single season.

2016: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team ... served as one of the team captains … one of two players to play in and start all 18 matches for the Golden Bears … served as the leader for defensive back line … played 1640 total minutes which ranked second on the team and seventh in single-season history … scored only goal of the year in the season finale against Winona State on Oct. 30 … finished the season with two points and three shot attempts, two of which were on goal … played 90+ minutes in 15 games including playing 110 minutes in four games … attempted one shot in the season opener at Lindenwood on Sept. 2 and against Minot State on Oct. 23.

2015: NSIC All-Academic … made 14 appearances, four starts, for the Golden Bears … scored a goal and an assist in 719 minutes of action … fired three shots, two on goal, for the season … played at least 30 minutes in 10 games, playing the full 90 minutes in all four of her starts … scored a goal off the bench at Augustana on Oct. 17 … assisted on a goal in the NSIC Tournament against Minnesota State.

2014: Appeared in three games as a freshman for the Golden Bears … picked up an assist in 78 minutes of action in a 7-0 win over Presentation on October 9^th … played eight minutes at Minot State.

Champlin Park High School: Earned 12 letters for the Rebels in soccer (4), basketball (4), track (2) and cross country (2) ... was named team captain in soccer and basketball in 2013 ... selected All-Northwest Suburban in 2013 and was the Rebel award winner ... was named 2010 Rookie of the Year on the soccer team ... played for the North Metro U17-U-18 Premier Team ... was the team Defensive Player of the Year in basketball in 2010 and 2012 ... was a part of Business Professionals of America and was a teaching assistant for special education ... was an honor roll student.

Personal: Plans to major in exercise science and aspires to be an occupational therapist ... is an Outstanding Leader of the Year Nominee ... is on the Dean's list and was an All-Academic NSIC award-winner in 2015 and 2016 ... her brother plays lacrosse at Aurora University ... her grandfather was a running back at the University of Wisconsin.
