2016-17: Earned All-NSIC First Team honors … named NSIC South Player of the Week three straight weeks (Jan. 23 – Feb. 2) … Played in all 29 games while making 22 starts as a senior for the Golden Bears … ranked second on the team in scoring with 12.7 points per game and second in rebounding with 5.6 rebounds per game … led the team in blocks with 53 … shot 50.0% (145-290) from the floor and 73.8% (76-103) from the free-throw line … tied her career-high 24 points on two occasions during the season … recorded back to double-doubles at Sioux Falls (Jan. 21) and at Bemidji State (Jan. 27) with 22 points and 10 rebounds and then 21 points and 11 rebounds, respectively … added a third double-double of the season on senior night against Southwest Minnesota State (Feb. 18) scoring 20 points and grabbing 10 rebounds … in NSIC play, Russell averaged 6.3 rebounds per game and 13.6 points per game … had a stretch of five straight 20+ point games …  concludes her career ranked third all-time in blocked shots average (1.5), fourth in total blocked shots (124), and 10th in career field goal percentage (.507).

2015-16: Appeared in 29 games, starting 15 for the Golden Bears … averaged 11.4 points which ranked fourth on the team and 5.7 rebounds in 21.5 minutes per game on the season … hit 52.1% (137-263) of her shots which ranked fourth in the NSIC and 66.7% (58-87) of her free throws … led the team with 51 blocks which ranked fifth in the NSIC … scored in double figures in 17 games … scored a career-high 24 points, twice at Sioux Falls on Jan. 22 off 9-15 shooting and against Southwest Minnesota State on Feb. 19 off 12-18 shooting ... recorded three double-doubles on the season against University of Puerto Rico Piedras on Nov. 14 scoring 12 points and pulling in 11 rebounds and then back-to-back double-doubles against Northern State on Jan. 30 where she scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and then notched 10 points and 10 rebounds at Minot State on Feb. 5 … recorded at least one block in 23 of 29 games.

2014-15: Appeared in 26 games, starting two, in her first season at Concordia … averaged 4.2 points and 2.9 rebounds in 9.0 minutes per game on the season … hit 48.9% (45-92) of her shots and 57.6% (19-33) of her free throws … ranked third on the team with 20 blocks … scored in double figures in three games … scored a career-high 16 points on 8-10 shooting in her first career start on Dec. 13 at Upper Iowa … matched her career high with 16 points on 7-10 from the floor against U-Mary on Feb. 7 … had a double-double with 12 points and 10 boards with four blocks and two assists against Minnesota State on Dec. 20.

University of Evansville:                  
2013-14: Appeared in 20 games during her freshman season with the Aces … she averaged 1.1 points and 1.3 rebounds in 6.0 minutes per game … scored a career-high eight points against Missouri State on Jan. 31 … grabbed a career-best four boards against Northern Iowa on Jan. 10 … had four points and three rebounds against Southern Illinois on Jan. 26.
 
Holmen High School:
Named All-State honorable mention twice during her high school career … was a Miss Basketball Nominee as she averaged 17.1 points per game as a senior … ranks second in Holmen history with 1,073 career points … was the seventh-ranked senior in Wisconsin according to the Wisconsin Sports Network … La Crosse Tribune All-Area Player of the Year two years in a row.
