BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) has announced 50 student-athletes from Concordia-St. Paul are among the 901 league-wide selections for the 2025 NSIC Fall All-Academic Teams. Additionally, of CSP's 50 selections, 38 were named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence among 557 league-wide, while 12 were honored as NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence among 344 in the conference.
The Golden Bears marked their fourth straight season with at least 50 honorees and it's the fifth year of growth for the NSIC with their 901 league-wide selections, increasing by 21 student-athletes since last season.
To be eligible for the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, a student-athlete must have a 3.60 cumulative GPA or higher, while NSIC All-Academic Team members must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA or higher.
Additionally, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at her/his institution (true freshmen, red-shirt freshmen and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.
