BURNSVILLE, Minn.- The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) announced the 2024 Baseball All-Conference Teams on Tuesday afternoon, and senior Nick Thimsen and junior Bennett McCollow were named the first team.
 
Thimsen earned his second career All-NSIC outfield recognition after being named to the second team in 2021. The Minnetonka, Minnesota native slashed .415/.482/.746 with 59 hits, including a conference-leading 14 doubles and 11 home runs. He added 40 runs, 40 RBIs and 15 walks against NSIC opponents.
 
McCollow notched CSP baseball's fifth Newcomer of the Year honor in program history, and the first time since 2008. In NSIC play, he slashed .390/.482/.676 with 53 hits, including nine home runs, eight doubles and two triples. Additionally, he scored 40 times, drove in 32 batters and collected 19 walks for the Golden Bears.
