WAYNE, Neb. – The Concordia-St. Paul baseball team (15-23, 9-17 NSIC) and Wayne State (17-21, 11-13 NSIC) have been rained out on Saturday afternoon. The two schools will resume the series on Sunday with a doubleheader starting at noon.
With CSP and WSC set to meet for two contests on Saturday afternoon, continued rain throughout the day led to a cancelation of the first game of the series. The Golden Bears and Wildcats, originally scheduled for a single nine-inning game on Sunday, will now play a doubleheader on Sunday. First pitch in the first game of the day is scheduled for noon.
