UPPER IOWA SERIES HISTORY
The Golden Bears enter the weekend's contests with a record of 15-22 against the Peacocks. CSP has found most of their success against UIU in Fayette as they have gone 9-8 on the road in the series. On their own home court, the Golden Bears have gone 6-12 against the Peacocks. Concordia's best stretch in the series came from 2004-12 with a record of 11-3 during that span. Since December 2014, Upper Iowa has gone 14-2 in the series. Concordia's last win against the Peacocks came back on Feb. 22, 2020 in a 93-61 win at Gangelhoff Center.
LAST MEETING WITH THE PEACOCKS
Back on Feb. 19, the Golden Bears closed out the season with a high-scoring contest as they fell to #15 Upper Iowa 95-84 at Gangelhoff Center.
Senior guard Jack Stensgard celebrated Senior Night in style as he scored a career-best 30 points on 10-20 shooting and 5-10 from beyond the arc. The Inver Grove Heights native tacked on five steals, four assists and three rebounds in 33 minutes of action.
Offense was the story in the season finale as the Golden Bears cleared 50.0% shooting for the fourth time in the final 11 games of the year, putting up their second highest total at 54.1% (33-61), while UIU hit an even better 61.4% (35-57) overall and 66.7% (14-21) from beyond the arc.
WINONA STATE SERIES HISTORY
The Golden Bears head into this Saturday's meeting with Winona State with a record of 7-52 against the Warriors. WSU won the first 31 meetings from 1986-2008 before CSP registered their first win in the series. Concordia's best stretch in the series came from 2015-16 as they won three of four during that stretch, but Winona State has won 10 of the last 11 since then. CSP has found more success on the road as they have gone 5-27 in Winona compared to 2-22 in St. Paul.
LAST MEETING WITH THE WARRIORS
Back on Feb. 17, Concordia closed out their road slate with an 89-67 loss at Winona State.

WSU finished the night 14-25 (56.0%) from three-point range and 33-58 (56.9%) from the floor overall while maintaining a 36-15 edge in rebounds and a 6-0 edge on the offensive glass. Winona State added a 38-26 advantage in the paint in the win.
