ST. PAUL, Minn. - Officials from Concordia-St. Paul and Minnesota State University have determined that the teams have cleared COVID-19 protocols and may square off in this weekend's three game series in Mankato, Minnesota.
The Golden Bears and Mavericks will take the field a day later than originally scheduled, with a Sunday doubleheader at 1:30 p.m. followed by a single nine-inning game on Monday at noon.
Concordia is 12-18 overall and 8-16 in the Northern Sun while the Mavericks enter the weekend ranked 13th in the country at 25-6 overall and leading the NSIC standings at 21-5 in league play.
