GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) released the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Volleyball Teams and Concordia-St. Paul senior Brooklyn Lewis was named Academic All-District First Team.
 
The 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Volleyball Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The Google Cloud Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Lewis was joined by Makenzie Morgen and Emily Torve of Minnesota Duluth, Taylor Reiss of Southwest Minnesota State, Megan Gebhardt of Wayne State, Taylor Bevis of Central Oklahome and Kylie Hohlen of Central Missouri on the First Team.
 
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Google Cloud Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and thirdteam (if applicable) Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
 
The Google Cloud Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into geographic districts across the United States and Canada.
 
The Division II and III Google Cloud Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2018-19 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA Google Cloud Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.

• Enters the region tournament one kill shy of becoming the 21st member of the 1,000 kill club at Concordia
• Has had double-digit kills in 25 of 30 matches, including five matches with 20+ kills
