ST. PAUL, Minn. - Concordia-St. Paul (14-7, 10-5 NSIC) men's basketball returns home to Gangelhoff Center this weekend for a pair of games against Minot State (11-11, 6-10 NSIC) and U-Mary (6-14, 4-12 NSIC).
Concordia will host Minot State on Friday night at 8 p.m. with the event being PINK OUT for Hope Lodge to support cancer research and specifically the
Hope Lodge Minneapolis. Donations will be accepted, either cash or items from the
Wish List.
Friday night is also the Golden Bear Bash alumni night, with free admission, appetizers, beverages and Comet's Kid Zone activities for the whole family free of charge for alumni and their families.

On Saturday, Concordia hosts U-Mary at 6 p.m. to conclude the Golden Bears season against NSIC North Division opponents. Following the game, the athletics department will host Bowling for Bears, a fun night of bowling that includes three games, shoes and a beverage for the low price of $25 with the goal of raising funds to support Concordia athletics. The Golden Bears have been excellent at home this year with a 9-1 record including a 5-game home winning streak. The team has been hot overall recently as well, winning nine of its last 11 games.
The strong play has also included competition against the NSIC North Division, as Concordia is 5-1 against the North including 2-0 at home and key wins at Northern State and at home against St. Cloud State.
