Golden Bears look for gritty postseason run at MSU Moorhead

ST. PAUL, Minn. -
This Wednesday, Concordia-St. Paul (8-18) heads to MSU Moorhead (19-7) for the NSIC/Sanford Health Tournament first round at Alex Nemzek Hall with a 7 p.m. tip against the Dragons.

Concordia is the eighth seed from the NSIC South Division, while MSUM is the top seed in the NSIC North Division after capturing a tri-divisional title along with Bemidji State and St. Cloud State.

The winner will play the (4s) Upper Iowa vs. (5n) Minnesota Duluth winner in the NSIC/Sanford Health Tournament quarterfinals played at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. on Saturday, March 1 at 2:30 p.m.

Concordia and MSU Moorhead have never met in the NSIC Tournament. Concordia's last win in the NSIC Tournament was 2006-07 against Wayne State as the Golden Bears hold a 2-10 all-time NSIC Tournament record.
