ST. PAUL, Minn. - This weekend, Concordia-St. Paul (5-13, 2-12 NSIC) hosts Minot State (7-11, 3-11 NSIC) on Friday night at 8 p.m. and U-Mary (5-14, 3-11 NSIC) on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. at Gangelhoff Center. On Friday night, the team will present junior Terez VanPelt with a 1,000-point ball while Saturday night the athletics department will unveil the seventh NCAA Volleyball Championship banner prior to the game.

Additionally, the entire weekend is dedicated to the NSIC, NCAA and T.E.A.M. coalition initiative "It's a Slam Dunk - Don't Drive Drunk." Concordia's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, at the direction of assistant athletic director Regan McAthie and shot by Wass Productions, created the winning video from the Northern Sun for the campaign.

The video will be available to be viewed in the arena as Concordia's SAAC will be collecting signatures of fans to pledge to never drink and drive.
