ST. PAUL, Minn. - Due to the large amounts of snow on the RCTC Dome, the NSIC has postponed Thursday's games at the NSIC Softball Tournament to Friday. No. 8 seed Concordia (28-14) will play No. 7 seed Wayne State (26-14) on Friday at 10 a.m. on the North Field.
The winner will advance to play the second seed, Minnesota Duluth (39-11) on Friday at 2 p.m. on the North Field. The loser will play the No. 5 Upper Iowa (28-14) / No. 4 Minot State (36-7) loser on Friday at 4 p.m. on the South Field.

Ashley Kluever (Cottage Grove, Minn.), who is among the national leaders in shutouts with 10 on the season, which ranks fifth in the country … all-time, Concordia is 18-16 against the Wildcats including a current five-game winning streak that also featured a win over WSC in last year's NSIC Tournament in Rochester, a 5-4 win on April 27, 2012 … prior to Concordia's five game winning streak, Wayne State had won 12 of the previous 13 meetings after Concordia started the all-time series with a 12-4 advantage.
CONCORDIA NSIC TOURNAMENT HISTORY
The Golden Bears are tied for the most NSIC Tournament Championships in league history, winning four tournaments (2001, 2004, 2005, 2006) along with Minnesota Duluth and Winona State. The Golden Bears are 32-15 all-time in the conference tournament. Last year, the Golden Bears went 2-2 in the tournament and went 3-2 in 2010.

Concordia's lead-off hitter and center fielder hit .476 with a .522 on-base percentage last week while swiping four more stolen bases to push her league-leading total to 36 on the year and also won the stolen base title for conference-only play with 17 during the NSIC season. She also scored four runs, and slugged .524 out of the top spot while playing error-free center field. She helped Concordia to a 3-3 week to finish in eighth in the NSIC standings with a spot in the NSIC Tournament.
