ST. PAUL, Minn. -
The NSIC/US Bank Volleyball Tournament is back after a five-year absence and will be hosted by NSIC Co-Champion Concordia-St. Paul at Gangelhoff Center. The tournament will be held on Friday (quarterfinals), Saturday (semifinals) and Sunday (championship), November 16-18.

The NSIC/US Bank Volleyball Tournament Champion earns the NCAA Central Region Tournament automatic qualification from the Northern Sun.

Concordia shared the NSIC Championship with Minnesota Duluth and Southwest Minnesota State and earned the top seed as a result of multiple tie-breaking criteria determined by league headquarters. The Golden Bears have now won 10-straight NSIC regular season championships and captured three of the four NSIC Tournament championships between 2004 and 2007. The Golden Bears are also 5-time defending NCAA Champions.

Concordia has served as host of the previous four NSIC Volleyball Tournaments from 2004 to 2007. The Golden Bears won the first three tournament titles but Wayne State is the defending NSIC Tournament Champion, winning the 2007 title the same year Concordia won its first of five NCAA Championships.

All matches will be streamed live and have live stats, while also providing post match highlights, box scores and recaps at the NSIC/US Bank Volleyball Tournament website.
