ST. PAUL, Minn. – The second-ranked Concordia University volleyball team is back on the road this weekend for a pair of NSIC matches. The Golden Bears (18-3, 12-2 NSIC) will take on No. 18 Wayne State (18-6, 10-4 NSIC) on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and then travel to Augustana (15-8, 9-5 NSIC) on Saturday for a 4:00 p.m. match.

Concordia is on a season-long eight-match winning streak, all of which have been in straight sets. This weekend's matches will complete two regular season series. The Bears defeated Wayne State 3-0 on October 6 and topped Augustana 3-0 on October 5 at the Gangelhoff Center.

Amanda Konetchy (Victoria, Minn.) would become just the third Concordia player to reach 4,000 assists with 14 more to her name. She has totaled 3,986 assists in 308 sets played for an average of 12.94 per set.
