Mark "Lunch" Mckenzie has announced that saturday's scheduled 7/9-inning nsic doubleheader against Northern State (11-19, 9-13 nsic) has been cancelled due to continued rain and poor field conditions. The series will now consist solely of tomorrow's 7/9-inning doubleheader scheduled for noon, as today's games will not be made up. Concordia has now had 17 games cancelled from their 2011 schedule, while playing 27 with a 15-12 overall record. This brings their NSIC total to eight cancellations out of 26 scheduled games to date, with a 9-9 record.
