junior left handed pitcher and outfielder ty hall (right, spring lake park, minn.) earned his first career win on the mound by tossing 3.1 solid innings out of the bullpen. Hall struck out three without issuing any walks and surrendering four hits.
he relieved freshman right hander adam kramer (wausau, wis.) who made his first career collegiate start and pitched into the sixth inning before being relieved by hall. Kramer was solid for much of his debut, putting up zero's on the scoreboard by wheeling jesuit bats in five of the six different innings he pitched in.
his main blemish was a three-run homer in a five run third inning. He finished the day working 5.2 innings with five strikeouts. Four of the five runs he allowed were earned and he allowed seven hits.

concordia added an insurance run in the bottom of the eighth inning with a two out rbi single by junior ben lemke (rosemount, minn.) with a second run, sophomore j.t. Schneider (oak creek, wis.) getting cut down at the plate to end the inning.
hall allowed a run in the top of the ninth inning but struck out a wju hitter (nemecek) swinging to end the game with runners on 2nd and 3rd.
concordia's only hitter with a multi-hit game was redshirt freshman elliot powell (right, minnetonka, minn.) who went 2-4, scored a run and drove in one as well in his first collegiate start at first base.
stockton, one of concordia's most prolific on base hitters, went 1-2 in the game, scoring once and driving in a pair while swiping his first base of the season.
concordia continues their spring trip with an off day tomorrow but returns to action on thursday, march 10 with a 8:00 a.m. (ct) game against the university of charleston. They have four more games remaining to close out their spring trip.
