The golden bears were led by senior jineen williams (racine, wis.) who had a season-high 26 points along with eight rebounds in the losing effort. cu also got nine points from both freshman jodi batzel (rochester, minn.) and senior maurika hickman (minneapolis, minn.) in the game and senior zoraa quoie (boston, mass.) added eight points.

the wildcats were led by alyssa fischbach's 24 points on 9-13 shooting while mara hjelle 16 points and three blocked shots in the middle. Concordia held one of the league's top players, ashley arlen, to just 2-9 shooting and six points in 23 minutes, but she managed eight rebounds, two blocks and two steals. Alisha brown added 13 points and nine assists off the bench for wsc.
