the golden bears defeated the dragons of msu moorhead in three straight sets, making it the tenth straight 3-0 win. Concordia has lost just two sets all season, both going to top-25 ranked teams. Today's win was taken by scores of 25-10, 25-10 and 25-22 with a match time of just over an hour.

concordia had four players finish the match in double figures for kills while the dragon's top hitter had a mere six. Senior sadie kessler again topped all players in hitting, today finishing with 13 kills as well as eight digs. emily palkert and megan carlson each had 11 kills, while cassie haag had 10.

the scattering of kills from every position along the line shows how balanced the golden bear attack can be. Evident throughout the season, these four hitters have each surpassed the 100 kill mark on the year and are averaging between 3.13 and 3.74 kills per set each.

the dragons used blocking an improved digging to hold the golden bears to a match low .167 hitting average in the third set. Msum's own offense surpassed this mark with a .220 average, but concordia still came ahead in overall kills in the set with 14 to msum's 12. The dragons marked three of the match's six blocks in the final set, helping to extend the score to 25-22.

carlson added 13 digs to her 11 kills to make it a double-double, while maggie mcnamara had a season high 12 digs to go with her 45 assists. mary slinger of course pulled in the highest number of digs with 18 on the afternoon. Cu walked away with a final .328 hitting average.
