the second half proved challenging for the golden bears. Cu played most of the second half without coach joe alianiello, giving assistant coach whitney leverington her first taste of head coaching duties. The golden bears also went the last 65 minutes of the game without making a subsitution due to several injuries sustained in the second half and substitution rules.
