the bears had two other players reach double-figures as seniors marlon walker (left) and kyle marxhausen had 12 and 11 points, respectively. Walker was 4-5 from the field and 2-2 from three-point range and had team-highs with eight rebounds and three steals.

the wolves had two players with double-doubles as kevin ratzsch had 21 points and 11 rebounds while levi hamilton had 10 points and 11 rebounds (eight offensive). Craig nelson poured in 15 points and had three steals for nsu.

the golden bears, winners eight of their last nine and three straight, will hit the road next weekend in northern sun action and will take on the top-ranked and defending national champion winona state warriors on friday evening and upper iowa on saturday evening.
