The concordia softball team earned a split sunday afternoon at the missouri western tournament, getting a 3-1 win over host missouri western in the morning and losing to washburn university 7-2 in the afternoon.
amanda yurek (left) went 2-3 with a double and a run scored in the first game, while kelly schweitz went 1-1 with two walks and scored a run in the win.
kristen schmidt pitched allowed only one run on three hits, with only one strikeout in the game.

concordia is now 13-8 on the season. They are scheduled to return to action on mar. 30, when st. Cloud state will visit dunning field at 3:00 in non-conference action (field conditions permitting).
