For the second time this season, concordia topped 100 points as they rolled over minnesota crookston (0-9, 0-4 nsic) 108-82 to improve to 3-0 in nsic play for the first time since going dii. The bears are now 6-1 and off to the best start in school history. Concordia defeated chadron 102-70 on nov. 18th.

senior kyle markhausen led the bears with season-high 21 points, becoming the first player to score 20-plus points this season. He shot an impressive 10-14 (.714) for the game, and 1-1 from the free throw line.

joey peel and cortez forte each had 16 points, while jason birr tied a career-high with ten points. Forte also had a career-high four asssists. marlon walker scored eight points, but established a career-high with five assists, to go along with three rebounds.

the bears outrebounded the eagles 35-25. chuol chany led the bears with seven rebounds, while birr had five.

as a team, the bears shot a season-high .689 (42-61) to make their season totals an impressive 199-385 (.517) from the field. The bears also shot 7-13 (.538) from three point range and 17-24 (.708).

concordia will host macalester college on thursday, dec. 14th, at 7:00 in the gangelhoff center.
