Kyle Marxhausen recorded his second double-double of the season with 21 points and ten rebounds in leading Concordia to a 69-61 win over UM Crookston in NSIC action. Marxhausen had 12 points in the first half to give the Bears a 36-31 lead at the break.
Kenneth Pointer added 13 points, while Brian Jamros and Justin Vandenberg had 12 and 11, respectively. For the game, the Bears shot 22-47 (.468) from the field and held the Eagles to 18-61 (.295) from the field.
With the win, Concordia improves to 10-4 (1-1 NSIC) on the season and will host Southwest Minnesota State on Friday, Jan. 14 at 8:00.
