Emond shot a season-low 75 round as part of his team leading three round score of 228 at the MWSU Drury Inn Central Region Invite last week. He trimmed 11 strokes off his three round score from the Division I UNO Maverick Collegiate Invitational the previous week and all three of his rounds at MWSU were 77 or better. He had the best score on the team, edging out teammate Adam Petterson by a stroke to finish 29th out of 100 of the region's top golfers.

On the year, Emond has a 78.67 average through 12 rounds (5 events) and a .604 winning percentage.
