Benjamin Allen (5-11, 145, Sr., North St. Paul, Minn. / HS)
  • At the NSIC Indoor Championships, he was the champion in the One Mile for the second year in a row and became the champion in the 1000m
  • Earned All-NSIC honors in the one mile with a time of 4:16.17 and the 1000m with a time of 2:27.98
  • Contributed 28 points to the men's team at the NSIC Championships this past weekend
  • Named to the USTFCCCA All-Central Region Team for his performances in the 800m and one mile
  • Selected to compete at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship for the one mile with his school record time of 4:05.68
