Michelle Ndely continues to improve her school record time in the 60 meter hurdles, and did so on a big stage over the weekend. For the first time in her young career, Ndely hit the NCAA provisional mark by finishing with a time of 8.90 seconds in the preliminaries on Friday at the NSIC Indoor Championships.

She finished seventh in the finals on Saturday to score two points for the women's team at the league championships.

Ndely's provo mark was the fifth fastest by a freshman in the country, and the fastest freshman time in the Northern Sun. She's ranked 48th on the Division II list overall and is ranked eighth overall on the league's performance list.
