Nasru Wado (Throws, 6-5, 230, Sr., St. Paul, Minn. / Harding HS)
  • Broke the school indoor record in the weight throw with a mark of 56' 5.25" at Chuck Petersen Open
  • Finished second in the event, earning eight points for the Golden Bears as one of their top finishers
  • Now holds two school records in the weight throw (indoor) and hammer throw (outdoor)
  • Ranks 25th in the country with his weight throw at the season-opening meet, and 4th in the conference
