Broke the school indoor record in the weight throw with a mark of 56' 5.25" at Chuck Petersen Open
Finished second in the event, earning eight points for the Golden Bears as one of their top finishers
Now holds two school records in the weight throw (indoor) and hammer throw (outdoor)
Ranks 25th in the country with his weight throw at the season-opening meet, and 4th in the conference
