Benjamin Allen (Distance, 5-10, 130, So., North St. Paul, Minn. / HS)
  • Set the school record in the mile run by almost six seconds with a time of 4:14.41 as he hit an NCAA provisional qualifying mark
  • Finished second in the event at the MSU Open & Multi
  • Anchored the distance medley relay team shatter a 16 year old school record with a winning time of 10:20.35
  • Ranks third in the NSIC, fourth in the region, and 25th in the country in the mile
  • Also ranks third in the 800m and 1000m in the NSIC 
  • Has broken four different school records in the past three weeks
