Caleb Troe (5-10, So., Albert Lea, Minn. / HS)
  • won the 3000 meter run at the MSU Alumni Open in his season debut
  • finished with a time of 9:01.81, edging out teammate Peyton Holmes by just 0.33 seconds
  • was less than three seconds off the pace of his career best in the first race of the year
  • coming off a strong cross country season in the fall in which he helped the team match the record for best improvement in the NSIC Championships
  • took home three top-5 finishes in the cross country season
