Petterson locked up medalist honors at the UIU Spring Invite at Quail Run Golf Course in Columbus, Neb. In a field of nine teams solely from the NSIC, Petterson finished first with back-to-back pars for a 144 total two round score to top the 56-player field. The rounds were season lows for Petterson while his 144 two round score topped his previous season best by six strokes. It was his second straight top-10 finish and his first top-5 or medalist finish on the year.
