Carrie Rindal was a four-year letter winner in softball, two-year letter winner in basketball and one year letter winner in soccer. In softball, she became Concordia's first all-American athlete, as a first team all-American catcher in 1991. She was a four-year all-conference and four-year all-district selection. The teams she played on were conference champions all four of her years. In addition, the '89 team was a NAIA District 13 runner-up and the '90 team took third place in the district. In 1989, the basketball team Rindal played on took place at the NLCAA national tournament. Ms. Rindal is currently a state trooper with the Minnesota State Patrol.
