Concordia Career:
2018:
Was a First Team All-American in the Indoor pentathlon, finishing fourth at the NCAA Indoor Championships … named the USTFCCCA Outdoor Central Region Top Performer in the Heptathlon … earned All-NSIC honors in the pentathlon, the heptathlon and the high jump, taking third in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Championships and first in the heptathlon and second  in the high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … received NSIC All-Academic Team honors … broke the NSIC and CSP record in the heptathlon at the NSIC Multi-Event Meet with 5323 points … named NSIC Athlete of the Week on May 1st after breaking the NSIC heptathlon record … took 16th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the heptathlon … recorded an impressive 22 top-five finishes throughout the season … set a CSP record in the pentathlon in the NCAA Indoor Championships with 3796 points … broke the CSP Indoor 800m record with a time of 2:19.65 … broke two other CSP Outdoor records, with a 5’6.50” mark in the high jump and a 1:03.02 time in the 400m hurdles … put together three first place finishes at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational, winning the 100m hurdles, 400 m hurdles, and joining three teammates to win the 4x400m relay … set her personal record in the 400m hurdles (1:03.02), winning the event at the Meet of the Unsaintly … recorded a personal best in the long jump at the NSIC Conference Championship with a 5.64m mark.   

2017: Competed as a multi event athlete for the Bears … set a personal best height in the high jump with a height of 1.69m (5’6.5”) at the Minnesota State- Multi and Open meet … ran a personal best time in the 800m at the NSIC Multi Championships with a time of 2:24.24 … At the NSIC Championships she finished 1st in the high jump, 3rd in the 800m, fifth in the 60H, seventh in shot put, and ninth in the long jump which was good for 3rd overall with a score of 3567 and qualified her for the NCAA Championships … finished 13th overall at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Won the heptathlon at the 2017 MIAA vs NSIC Showdown with a score of 4600 … Joined up with a team of Bears in the 4x100m at the NSIC Conference Championships to take fifth overall with a time of 47.67 which was also a school record … Her year was highlighted with her finish at the NSIC Multi Championships with a final score of 5041 which was good for second overall and a National qualifier … her best events for the event were the high jump where she jumped a height of 1.64m and in the 800m where she ran a time of 2:22.16 which were both first place finishes on the day … She finished her season with a 14th place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2016: NSIC All-Academic … Competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears … helped 4x4 relay team finish third at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open on Dec. 5 while also placing eighth in the 60M hurdles with a time of 9.46 in the finals … added a career-best time at the same meet in the 60M hurdles during the preliminaries with a time of 9.35 … placed fourth in the shot put with a distance of 10.08M (33ft, 1in) at the Northwest Open on Jan. 9 … set a career-best Pentathlon score at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 29 – Jan. 30 with a final score of 3175 after five events competed in … placed fourth in the high jump at the Holst Invitational on Apr. 16 clearing a height of 1.55M (5ft, 1in) … set a career-best time in the 800M dash with a time of 2:23.57 and a career-best in the javelin throw with a distance of 24.61M (80ft, 9in) also at the Holst Invitational … performed extremely well at the NSIC Outdoor Multi Championships on May 1 – May 2 setting a career-best long jump mark of 5.19M (17ft, 0.5in), throwing a career-best 10.28M (33ft, 8.75in) in the shot put, running a career-best in the 100M hurdles with a time of 15.26 all contributing to her career-best Heptathlon score of 4534 which was good for sixth place overall … followed up with another great all-around performance at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 helping 4x4 relay team place second, clearing a career-best height of 1.61M (5ft, 3.25in) in the high jump earning second place honors and setting a career-best time in the 400M dash with a time of 59.41 which also earned second placed honors.
 
2015: Competed as a multi-event athlete for the Golden Bears … placed fourth in the 400M dash with a time of 1:04.30 at the St. Thomas Invite on Jan. 23 … had a season-best jump of 4.94M (16ft, 2.5in) in the long jump at the Falcon Winter Classic on Jan. 31 which was good for second place in the event … performed well at the 2015 Emporia State Multis on Apr. 9 – Apr. 10 setting a season best Heptathlon score of 3893 which was good for sixth place … contributing to the Heptathlon score included season-bests in the shot put with a distance of 9.72M (31ft, 10.75in), the javelin throw of 23.14M (75ft, 11in), the 800M dash with a time of 2:30.69 and the high jump, clearing a height of 1.5M (4ft, 11in) … placed third in the 100M hurdles at the Holst Invitational with a season-best time of 16.35 … set a career-best time in the 200M dash with a time of 26.96 at the Northern Sun Conference Meet on May 8 – May 9 … ran a season-best time of 1:02.26 in the 400M dash at the Tommie Twilight meet on Apr. 29.

St. Croix Lutheran High School:
Earned eight letters with four in track and field and four in basketball for the Crusaders … was named All-Conference each of her four seasons in track … was also named All-Conference in basketball as a senior and All-Conference honorable mention as a junior … made it to state every year in the 4x400 and 4x100 relays.

Personal:
Plans to major in Biology and Physical Training at Concordia.
